Union Square Laser Dermatology

The physicians at Union Square Laser Dermatology are specialized dermatologic and laser surgeons; while we diagnose and treat skin cancers, acne and certain vascular conditions such as hemangiomas, we do not practice general dermatology, which includes the diagnosis and treatment of most non-cancerous conditions of skin, hair and nails such as rashes, allergies and hair loss.

Dr. Chapas participates in the following insurance plans:
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Cigna
• Great West
• Humana
• Medicare (including Railroad Medicare)
• Pomco
• United Healthcare (except Oxford and The Empire Plan)

At this point, Dr. MacGregor does not participate in any insurance plans. However when appropriate, our office will provide the necessary documentation for submitting an “out of network” claim.

Please note that health insurance plans do not cover procedures that are not medically necessary, which typically includes all cosmetic procedures.
