Mitchell Kline, M.D. is an internationally-recognized expert in both cosmetic procedures and the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma and other skin cancers, having trained for 11 years at the University of Pennsylvania in dermatology and internal medicine, and also in neurophysiology and pediatric brain injury. At the University of Pennsylvania Dr. Kline participated in brain research and contributed to the early development of MRI technology, and also received a prestigious National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant to study how less known medical technology is used in actual patient care.
Dr. Kline completed his training as a Dermatology Resident at Cornell, Rockefeller University and Memorial Sloan Kettering as Chief Resident.
Dr. Kline is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at Weill NY Presbyterian-Cornell Medical Center, lecturing and teaching for over three decades.
Dr. Kline serves as a consultant involved in the Melanoma Research Alliance and Melanoma Research Foundation, having received the Melanoma Foundation 2016 award as honoree. Dr. Kline’s technology expertise extends to a broad range of technologies and innovative medications in the areas of Melanoma, antiviral therapy for Kaposi’s Sarcoma, HPV and warts. Dr. Kline was a finalist in the Patrick Soon-Shiong Innovation Prize for Technology for skin cancer screening devices.
Dr. Kline is also expert on hair growth utilizing PRP and on transgender health and skin care. Dr. Kline has appeared on most major networks and in magazines including a three-hour documentary on HBO. As part of his nonprofit work, Dr. Kline works with Healthright International developing maternal-fetal health care and prevention of HIV transmission in global clinics for excluded populations.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS:
The deposit to hold most appointments is $200. Certain longer procedures may require a larger deposit. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice you can have the deposit either remain as a credit in your account or fully refunded in your method of payment. These payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not see or keep your credit card information.
NEW PATIENTS:
The fee for a new patient cosmetic consultation is $400. During your cosmetic consultation, Dr. Kline evaluates your concerns, answers your questions and devises a treatment plan to fit your goals. These are thorough consultations that can last up to 30 minutes. The consultation fee is not applied towards treatment, except for Accufit.
