Injectable Treatments and Facial Rejuvenation near Hell’s Kitchen

Injectables are among the most requested services at our Central Park office and remain one of the most effective ways to soften lines, restore volume, and refine facial contours without surgery or extended downtime.

  • Botox: Botulinum toxin injections relax the muscle activity responsible for forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet while maintaining natural movement and expression.
  • Dermal Fillers: Fillers restore lost volume, lift the cheeks, define the jawline and chin, enhance the lips, and address hollowing beneath the eyes for a balanced, refreshed appearance.
  • PRF/EZGel: EzGel is a smooth, injectable gel that acts similarly to traditional filler, but is composed entirely of your own biological material. It can be placed into areas where there’s been volume loss to restore structure and softness, while stimulating collagen regeneration.
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): PRP uses growth factors drawn from the patient’s own blood to support skin regeneration, improve overall skin quality, and encourage hair restoration.

Laser Skin Resurfacing and Pigmentation Treatments near Hell’s Kitchen

Our Central Park office houses an extensive suite of resurfacing lasers that address tone, texture, and pigmentation concerns often accelerated by sun exposure and the environmental stress of city living.

  • Fraxel Dual: This fractional laser treats microscopic zones of skin to improve sun damage, fine lines, melasma, and uneven texture while promoting collagen remodeling.
  • Clear + Brilliant Complete and Permea: Two handpieces allow this gentle resurfacing laser to refine texture and radiance or focus specifically on pigmentation and enhanced skincare absorption, both with minimal downtime.
  • PicoWay: Picosecond laser technology targets pigmentation, acne scarring, and unwanted tattoos with precision and limited disruption to surrounding skin.
  • Alex TriVantage: This laser addresses brown spots, sun damage, and other pigmented lesions across a range of skin types.
  • Secret Pro: Secret Pro combines fractional laser resurfacing with radiofrequency microneedling to address texture, fine lines, and scarring on a single platform.
  • Lumenis M22 IPL: Intense pulsed light improves redness, sun damage, and uneven pigmentation while restoring a more even overall complexion.
  • DermaSweep: This exfoliating treatment lifts away dead skin and infuses targeted serums to brighten the complexion and improve texture.

Skin Tightening and Collagen Stimulation near Hell’s Kitchen

Collagen-building treatments help patients maintain firm, resilient skin over time rather than correcting laxity after it becomes pronounced.

  • Sofwave and Sofwave Pure Impact: Sofwave uses ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen and lift the skin of the face, neck, and under the chin, with the Pure Impact applicator extending treatment to additional areas of laxity.
  • Ultherapy: Ultherapy delivers focused ultrasound energy to the deeper support layers of the skin to lift and tighten the brow, neck, and décolletage.
  • Thermage: Radiofrequency energy tightens and smooths skin on the face, eyes, and body while improving overall contour.
  • Intensif RF and Secret RF: Radiofrequency microneedling combines controlled micro-injuries with heat energy to firm the skin, refine pores, and soften acne scarring.

Vascular and Redness Treatments near Hell’s Kitchen

Facial redness and visible vessels respond well to targeted light and laser therapy, and our physicians select the device based on vessel depth, size, and location.

  • Vbeam Perfecta: Pulsed dye laser treatment reduces facial redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, and vascular birthmarks.
  • Excel V: This laser platform treats a broad range of vascular and pigmented concerns, including persistent redness, leg veins, and angiomas.
  • Sclerotherapy: Injections collapse and fade spider veins and small varicose veins on the legs.

Body Contouring and Laser Hair Removal near Hell’s Kitchen

Non-surgical body treatments address stubborn fullness and unwanted hair with little to no downtime.

  • CoolSculpting: Controlled cooling reduces stubborn pockets of fat in areas such as the abdomen, flanks, and thighs without surgery.
  • Kybella: Injections permanently reduce submental fat to improve definition beneath the chin.
  • GentleLase and Gentle YAG: These laser hair removal systems provide long-term hair reduction across the face and body, with device selection based on skin tone and hair type.
